We can not speak highly enough or compliment you enough on your new resort. Our visit began with a warm welcome for Ariel and the front desk crew and continued with a trained and friendly staff. We stay in several hotels annually and this one is a gem. The rooms are beautifully appointed with every last detail covered. Love the in-room entertainment center! The lobby, pool and restaurant just add to the charm; all nicely done. It is very refreshing to stay in South Beach at such a pleasant, well run resort without stuffy attitude. Your entire staff from valet to housekeeping should be complimented. We’re only sorry that you are going to be so popular that we won’t be able to get a room next year! Thank you.

We loved everything from the books on our coffee table to the personalized notes we received every day.
