Reservation and other transactional services on www.theanglersresort.com are considered legal transactions and are available only to individuals at the age of 18 or older.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
PAYMENT POLICY All reservations require a ONE night deposit on day reservation is made to credit card. Full payment is due upon arrival by cash or credit card. Any payments by a third party must be coordinated in advance with the hotel. Third Parties will be asked to receive a faxed form to be completed, signed, and returned by the cardholder via fax.

CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that all guaranteed reservations must be canceled by 6PM ET, at least 1 day (24 hours) before the arrival date to avoid a no-show charge equal to 1 night's room rate, and applicable tax. Special Event Periods may require up to 72 hours (3 days) for cancellation and shall be specified at time of booking. All cancellations should be made via telephone. Reservations to be cancelled on the cut-off day should be phoned into 305.534.9600 to insure timely cancellation and proper credit.
